About Frank J. Ciccia, Principal

Frank holds citizenship in the US and Italy.

He has over twenty years of experience working in a variety of settings ranging from higher education, for profit corporations, and not for profit organizations. His major areas of expertise are Leadership/Management Development, Teambuilding, Intercultural Education and Adjustment, and Executive Coaching.

Frank is also a Assistant Professor in the Executive and Professional MBA programs for the School of Management at the University at Buffalo. He teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership & Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, and Global Initiatives.

He holds certifications and/or Qualification in Hogan Assessments, Hay Group Emotional & Social Competency Inventory, DiSC, DDI Leadership Mirror 360 Assessment & Workshop Facilitation, Situational Leadership II, Workplace Big 5, MBTI and the Change Style Indicator (CSI).
