Team and Managerial Wins helps supervisors and managers show up for the organization and team members in a better way and enables them to navigate challenges such as evolving expectations for managers and organizational changes. Comprehensive Program

The Comprehensive Program is designed to help leaders not only focus on leading individuals and teams, but the organization overall. By using proven tools for achieving better teamwork, aligning with consistent communication, and leveraging healthy conflict, individuals within the cohort develop stronger relationships and become better partners in leading the business.

Participants are organized in cohorts of 12 -15, intentionally designed to enhance leadership development goals and develop mutual support.  Each team attends three-hour workshops to learn and practice new techniques, support accountability, and understand how their role impacts the organizations' ability to achieve the Collective Win. Additional monthly sessions with executive leadership and peer one-on-one meetings promote relationship-building with colleagues and all levels of management.

Foundations Program

Our Foundations Program provides six sessions of training and coaching for team leaders ready to grow new skills that most leaders only learned through expensive trial and error. By helping individuals lead themselves before leading others, participants experience the mindset change needed to become a leader who inspires motivation in their teams.
